The Barn with cosy seating around the log burner, dining table, ample bar space plus access to the outdoor communal areas aswell as the Toilet and Shower Cabins, with “real toilets” and hot showers, and a Powder Room!

Kitchen with all the necessary cooking amenities, including cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

Bespoke Nissen Huts x 3 each face into the tree covered grass space and beyond over the fields and lake. Each heated hut is stylishly furnished with 8 single Z beds along with bedding and electric points.

The 22 Shed

A fantastic spacious rustic open Barn, The 22 Shed is Barnside’s covered outdoor space. Comfy seats, festoon lighting and home to your hired hot tubs.

Price

Up to 16 Glamping Guests : 2026 – £1200. (£75 per person)

Guests above 16 are charged at £75 per person.

Maximum Number Guests in Huts 24

Additional Accommodation for numbers over 24 – 1 x Bell Tent for 4 people.

Number of Day Guests 4 max– £30 per person per day – 11pm curfew

(Total Number of Guests Onsite 32)

Deposit

To secure your date we require Non Refundable Deposit – £400

Final Group Numbers and Final Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.

Once you have requested a deposit invoice to secure your date, the deposit amount must be paid within 24 hours.

£150 per person
