Tinker’s Bells can provide Pop Up Glamping accommodation for over 300 guests, and our team can help make your wedding celebration run stress free.

Our Bell Tents can make your stylish outdoor celebration in to a weekend of hazy summer memories with friends and family. A Bell Tent Village is the perfect accompaniments to Tipi, Festival, Woodland, Farm and also more formal venue occasions. Each Village has a standard 2 night hire period, but can be extended if necessary.

Our Canvas Suites

Minimum Bell Tent Hire – 10 tents including Bridal Suite.

All Guest Villages of 10 Bell Tents or more include Festival Style Wedding Flags – (2 x Flags Minimum) & all guest tents are numbered with an accompanying A Board/Plan provided with Guests Names for day of arrival.

Booking your Bell Tents

All Bookings have the option to use either our Guest Booking Service or you can Manage the Booking Yourself and take advantage of our discounts.

Guests can choose from Luxury, Classic & Basic Packages.

We can also give you a Personalised Quote if you are confirming a large booking.

All Prices are for a 2 Night Hire – Additional Nights Hire subject to availability and charges may apply.

Guest Booking Service

Secure your Bell Tent Village with a £400 deposit ,
15 Tents are Reserved. You are not obliged to use all 15 tents, the minimum booking is 10 Bell tents.
Luxury packages are limited to up to 5 per booking, this can be increased subject to availability.
Guests can view the Guest Booking Web Page/Bell Tent options & see how many of each bell tent package is available for your wedding before booking,
Venue/extra information can be added to your Page,
Guests can then Book a Bell Tent via the web page,
Payment for guest tents is in FULL upon booking.
A User ID will allow the Bride & Groom to view the name of the guests who have booked a Bell Tent & which package,
Include on your wedding invitations/social media pages a link to your Personalised Guest Booking Webpage.
If Further tents are required, once the initial 15 have been paid for by your guests, we can add more to your order, subject to availability.
10 weeks before your wedding we review your booking. Any remaining un-booked tents, become subject to availability.

Manage the Booking Yourself
