Glamping Accommodation for your Event

Tinker’s Bells will be providing our 3 x Bell Tent options for your stay.

 

Choose your Package

Basic ( Tent Only) – Classic – Luxury

Each 5m Bell Tent sleeps 4 people comfortably (4 x single camp beds or 2 double air beds) – a 5m bell tent will sleep 5 people but please be aware adding an extra person will reduce space which which may be required for personal belongings.

Please Note : Last date for Bookings is 4th June 2022

Bedding Only Option

Any Guest bringing there own onsite accommodation can also book Bedding Packages from Tinker’s Bells Glamping & Events.
These will be reserved and available to pick up from the Check In location onsite.
Guests can book bedding only if bringing their own tents and own air beds (£15 per single and £20 per double).

Check In

Saturday 13th August – 1pm to 3pm

Arrive at Huntley Wood and your Bell Tent Accommodation will be ready and waiting for you.

 

All you need to do is head to the Check In area which will be located in your Bell Tent Village and your booking name will correspond with your Bell Tent Number.

A member of our ‘Welcome Team’ will be on hand to direct you to your bell tent and to help should you have any questions.

All Bell Tents will be individually Numbered.

 

Departure Time – Sunday 14th August 11am

 All guests are required to remove belongings and any rubbish before departure.

Each tents has the following:

  • Double Air Beds or Single Camp Bed for up to 5 people. (Ltd Single Air Beds available)
  • Low wooden table/box,
  • LED Lantern,
  • Mats & Rugs,
  • Fairy lights,
  • Mirror,
  • Bunting,

*Bedding is available at an additional cost.

REAL DOUBLE BED with mattress and Double Bedding.
2 x Single Camp beds can be added at an additional charge.

Sleeps 4 Max. – Real Double Bed and mattress with Bedding plus 2 single camp beds at an additional cost!
