Important Information Required:
Once you have secured your Hen Camp date, we’ll contact you again prior to your arrival to check how your plans are going.
And at 10 weeks prior to your arrival we’ll also forward the both our Terms of Stay and Registration Form upon payment of your final balance.
It’s very important to us that you have a great time onsite and that you go away with lots of lovely memories when you return home from your visit.
The Registration Form details are required for insurance purposes and to make your visit safe and enjoyable. These must be provided BEFORE your arrival on site.
This includes all names of all guests in your group.
When you arrive in camp you’ll be greeted by a Team Member/Venue Host.
A quick tour of camp will be given and the lead booker will be expected to sign the ‘Welcome Form’.
We appreciate you may have group members who are new to the experiences of the Great Outdoors.
So we will forward more details of what is included at your Hen Camp as well as a few reminders to all guests that their stay in Camp is affected about how prepared they are BEFORE they arrive at our Group Glamping site – after all the Great British Summer weather can be a little unpredictable!
And High Heels….aren’t really recommended onsite!
The Welcome App is easily downloaded and is a quick and accessible source of information.
Finally….Our Bell Tent accommodation is still very much a true canvas experience . We must also remind guests that Hen Camps are NOT Party Venues.
Nature and your comfort are important to us!
Stunning setting, fabulous camping, scrumptious afternoon tea, lovely hosts... We couldn't have asked for more!
