Woodland Glamping is a fabulous glamping site with Star Bell Tent accommodation alongside a fire pit and bbq hut perfect for that outdoor gathering!
All facilities on site are for your own exclusive use.
Toilet and Shower Cabins, with “real toilets” and hot showers, and a Powder Room!
Kitchen with all the necessary cooking amenities, including cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
Exclusive Use Hire of the whole site
from 3pm Friday to 1pm Sunday.
(Early arrival from 1pm for lead booker to decorate if required).
2025 & 2026 Prices
Up to 16 Glamping Guests :(2025/26 – £2400/£2640.)
Guests above 16 are charged at £150/£165 per person.
Maximum Number Guests in Huts 24
Additional Accommodation for numbers over 24 -1 x Bell Tent for 4 people.
Number of Day Guests 4 max– £30 per person per day – 11pm curfew
(Total Number of Guests Onsite 32)
Deposit
To secure your date we require Non Refundable Deposit – £480/£540
Final Group Numbers and Final Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
Once you have requested a deposit invoice to secure your date, the deposit amount must be paid within 24hours. (Unless otherwise discussed.)
